Phenix Corporation is more than a food packaging company. We’re a team of dedicated, employee-owners driven by purpose, powered by passion, and built on trust. From humble beginnings to industry leadership, our story proves what’s possible when grit, integrity, and a commitment to doing things differently come together — done the right way.
We’ve earned our credibility through long hours, relentless dedication, and an unwavering commitment to our core principles:
| We Own It. | Do the Right Thing. | Fanatical About Response. |
These aren’t just words — they’re the foundation of how we operate, treat our customers, and support one another.
| Phenix Corporation |
Phenix Corporation began with a simple but powerful idea: great people stuck in the wrong companies deserve something better. Founders Joe Dobinski and Rich Henderson started Phenix from scratch. Their foundation wasn’t built on flash, but on grit, trust, and the belief that if you build it right, the right people will come.
That belief shaped our culture and still guides us today. Phenix is a place where people thrive, take ownership, and are treated with respect. Our team brings more than 300 years of combined industry experience to every partnership, delivering deep knowledge, hands-on insight, and practical problem-solving that gets results.
We serve food producers across the U.S. with custom packaging and technical expertise through our two core divisions:

We’re proud to serve a wide range of industries, including the U.S. military, a long-time partner. Together, we’ve eliminated more than 1.1 million pounds of packaging waste each year.
