We are more than a food packaging company. We are a team of dedicated employee-owners driven by purpose, powered by passion, and built on trust. From humble beginnings to industry leadership, our story is proof of what’s possible when grit, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way come together.
Everything we do is grounded in three core principles:
| We Own It. | Do the Right Thing. | Fanatical About Response. |
They’re the foundation of how we operate, treat our customers, and support one another.
| Phenix Corporation |
We started with a simple idea: great people stuck in the wrong companies deserve something better. In 2010, Founders Joe Dobinski and Rich Henderson built Phenix from scratch. Grounded in grit, trust, and the belief that if you build it right, the right people will come.
That belief shaped our culture and still guides us today. For over 15 years, we’ve built a place where people thrive, take ownership, and are treated with respect, bringing deep industry knowledge, hands-on insight, and practical problem-solving to every partnership.
We serve food producers across the U.S. through our two core divisions:
From printed films and flexible packaging to thermoforming equipment and technical consulting, we deliver solutions that protect products, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency. We’re proud to serve a wide range of industries, including the U.S. military, a long-time partner, and together we’ve eliminated more than 1.1 million pounds of packaging waste every year.

Ownership isn’t just our business model—it’s part of who we are.
