• Assist with the setting up and operation of slitting machines according to job specifications
• Load and unload rolls of material
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or material issues
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper tension, alignment, and cut accuracy
• Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision
• Inspects materials for defects and ensure finished products meet quality requirements
• Assist with routine machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance
• Complete required production documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with leadership and warehouse teams
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in manufacturing, converting, or slitting operations preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to read measuring devices

The Engineering Maintenance Mechanic will oversee the installation, performance, and maintenance of production machinery.
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to travel to customer sites, troubleshoot and repair advanced equipment, and keep operations running at peak performance.
