JOB SUMMARY:

This role is a key partner to the Controller and an integral part of our accounting team. This position plays a hands-on role in driving accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting critical accounting processes that help guide business decisions.

As a vital contributor to the month-end close and daily accounting operations, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, collaborate across teams, and grow your skills within a dynamic, employee-owned organization. • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
• Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assist with financial statements and management reports
• Support the Controller with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and internal controls
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies within accounting operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft 360
• Prior experience supporting audits and month-end close
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
